the national association of latino independent producers, NALIP, now has a place to upload videos on its site, they're calling it tutube. though i've not had time to survey many of the videos up there yet, i did find this one, "state of latino comedy"...
the first three minutes or so, it's the "ceaser and chuy show" but my favorite comes in at the 3:14 mark, "the homies show":
